CULTIVATING CALM - FROM ANXIETY TO INNER PEACE
When life is uncertain, complex, volatile and ambiguous, it is natural to feel anxious, overwhelmed and under-resourced. It can be challenging. At such times, life asks us to dig deep and up-skill our self-care and life skills to cultivate calm, restoring trust and safety to once again face whatever life brings calmly.
Drawing upon time-tested ancient Vedic science and cutting-edge modern science, we will empower you with a personalised programme to transform anxiety into peace and more.
“I had withdrawn into a general state of anxiety and the only place of real security was at home. I lived with a rhetorical pattern of fear with addictive thought processes that I felt I had no control over. I could not leave my house. I had sought help from two psychologists and did not want to take pharmaceutical medicines. Linda and the knowledge of how to Cultivate Calmness through Maharishi Ayurveda helped me to restore my natural balance again, and I am feeling really good now. I see the world the way I used to many years ago.
Life is good.” – Michael Norton
“When I came to Linda 5 years ago, I was highly anxious and stressed. Now I feel transformed, peaceful, empowered and calm in every moment, ready to face anything that comes. It is chalk and cheese, and I feel grateful for having access to this transformational knowledge and techniques.
Cultivating Calmness is a way of living for me now.” – Keith Syron
“Cultivating Calmness through Maharishi Ayurveda has changed my life. When I first came to Linda, I wanted help with constipation, anxiety and reflux. Now all three symptoms have improved, and for the most part, I feel great. I’m very grateful for my calm start to the day, and honouring myself through my morning routine has made a significant difference. I now draw upon the Ayurvedic principles throughout my day. I feel a master of my health, more aware of what throws me out of balance and how to restore my balance to maintain my calm and ease.”

Teacher of Transcendental Meditation
Linda's first training was in education as a teacher. Her interest in human nature, self-actualisation and the essentials of well-being led Linda to learn Transcendental Meditation and then later train in Maharishi Ayurveda in 1989. She is widely experienced both as an educator/coach and Maharishi Ayurveda Consultant. She was the weekly insight writer for Maharishi Ayurveda Products in NZ for seven years, and readers globally enjoyed Linda's articles.
Soon after training as a Maharishi Ayurveda Consultant, Linda trained to be a teacher of Transcendental Meditation and continues to teach in Auckland, NZ.
With first-hand experience of trauma as a young one, Linda started her journey to heal herself. She has an affinity for those suffering from anxiety. She knows from personal experience that Maharishi Ayurveda offers a light at the end of the tunnel, able to help one restore anxiety to peace by cultivating calm and following one’s dreams.
